This APS metallic foil shines more of a sea blue colour than black as the light catches it. Tiny circles of a dark blue over a black background make this a gorgeous foil which is easy to apply. 
 
Apply the specialist glue, APS Embellishments foil adhesive, to your project, allow to become tacky and then rub the foil onto the glue. Pull away the cellophane backing sheet and you will have a metallic shiny surface on your project which just needs a protective top coat. 
 
This foil is suitable for all projects including textiles.

It is recommended that the APS foil adhesive or another foil size is used to apply these foils. They will not transfer when used with PVA glue.
