The time I need to prepare an order for despatch varies depending on product purchased.
Paint, upcycle products and small home decor items, are normally despatched within 1 business day after an order is placed. During busy periods and holidays, this may extend to 2 to 3 days after order placement but where this is expected, a notification will be made on the home page of this website informing my customers.
Painted furniture is delivered either by a trusted courier or whenever possible, by myself. Delivery will be on a mutually agreeable date and will be a doorstop delivery only. Responsibility is not taken for taking a new piece of furniture into your home.
At this time I am unable to despatch to locations outside of the UK.
Shipping of non furniture products is via Royal Mail. The cost will be dependent on the weight and whether 1st or 2nd class is selected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact me if you have any concerns about your order. I will happily accept returns on the following basis.
For all items, please notify me within 14 days of delivery of your wish to return an item.
Please return to me, within 30 days of delivery, any no longer wanted items for a refund.
Buyers are responsible for return postage/delivery costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Where your purchase is of a painted piece of furniture, any damages in transit must be reported to me immediately and no responsibility is taken for remedial costs once 24hours after delivery has lapsed.
