This beautiful Victorian pine table has been restored and refurbished, sympathetically  maintaining its rustic farmhouse feel whilst ensuring it is a sturdy piece of country styled furniture for a busy home.
 
The table shows proudly the marks of over 100 years of use and where the pine knots and cracks have dried these have been accentuated using dark ageing wax, rather than hidden away with filler and made to look new.
 
The hand turned legs beneath the natural table top, have been handpainted in a warm sage green and distressed slightly to further the aged patina, exposing both wood and white paint in a few small places.
 
The whole piece has been waxed for additional protection and to give it a beautiful few to the touch.
