Silky Shine by Pentart is an all in one decoupage glue and varnish which dries as a semi-gloss finish. 
Water based for easy clean up. 
How to use: 
spread an even layer over your project to be decoupaged. 
place paper or napkin onto glue and press down
apply a further layer to the top of the paper, starting in the centre and moving out to the sides pushing out air bubbles as you go. 
 
If using regular paper, soak before gluing.
