A new 2 part set of decoupage papers, Soft veil is a mix of purple and lilac flowers over an aged vintage background. 
 
HOW TO USE: 
🔹apply a layer of  Decoupage Gel to the surface of your project
🔹lay your paper on the glue and flatten out removing bubbles
🔹seal by applying Decoupage Gel to the top of the tissue paper
