- add a layer of Redesign with Prima decoupage gel  to your project where you want to place your paper.
- lay the paper on top
- smooth out any air bubbles  with the Scraper Tool or Brayer. 
- seal with a layer of the decoupage gel for protection. 


Contents are 1 piece of folded paper, remove creases with a cool iron
